Manage end-to-end product development for assigned athlete apparel and special projects, acting as primary contact between design, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Oversee PLM data, technical packages, fittings, submits, testing, costing, and timelines to deliver quality, on-time products while identifying and mitigating risks.

Lead FP&A for eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale, and Marketing. Drive budgeting, forecasting, KPI-driven revenue models, variance analysis, ROI and scenario planning. Partner with cross-functional teams, present to executives, improve reporting and tools, and manage FP&A staff to support growth and profitability.

Design, build, and scale enterprise talent programs (talent reviews, succession planning, performance cycles, and engagement surveys). Partner with People & Culture and senior leaders to translate business priorities into talent strategies, run high-visibility programs end-to-end, enable leaders with toolkits and facilitation, and measure continuous improvement to strengthen leadership and bench depth.
