Administer Entra ID and related access controls, design collaboration governance, build PowerShell and Graph automations, troubleshoot complex issues, support incident response, maintain documentation, and guide responsible adoption of Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related enterprise applications. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, UAT coordination, production troubleshooting, documentation, process improvement, integration validation, and user support. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and implementation partners while supporting supply chain, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer operations.

Leads financial reporting, technical accounting, disclosures, close processes, internal controls, compliance, audit support, and accounting policy development. Conducts technical accounting research, prepares memos, evaluates new standards, improves reporting scalability, and advises cross-functional stakeholders on accounting impacts. Partners with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, IT, and Internal Audit while supporting public-company readiness and process improvement.
