Own and scale core People Operations functions across the employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, HRIS administration (Rippling), payroll coordination, compensation and equity frameworks, performance management, benefits administration, workforce analytics, and compliance across multi-state US environments. Partner with leadership, Finance, Legal, and managers to build scalable processes and improve employee experience in a fast-growing startup.

Own technical relationship across pre-sales through deployment for Voxel's edge AI platform: lead discovery and architecture discussions, validate network readiness, design secure scalable deployments, remove technical blockers, develop implementation playbooks, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering.

The role involves rapid prototyping, integrating legacy data streams, and building scalable software for enterprise customers using computer vision and AI.
