Leads global sales enablement by coaching pre-sales consultants, owning enterprise RFPs, developing ROI and business value frameworks, training account executives, analyzing funnel performance, and supporting strategic enterprise deals. The role builds scalable sales processes, onboarding programs, KPI frameworks, content hubs, and repeatable playbooks to accelerate pipeline conversion and improve enterprise win rates.

Drive technical product strategy and cross-functional delivery for a high-scale B2B/B2B2C ticketing platform. Lead initiatives from concept through launch and post-release improvement, identify acquisition and retention opportunities, partner with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams, conduct analytics and root-cause analysis, document technical operations, communicate trade-offs, and mentor team members.
