The Strategic Account Director will lead partnerships within major collegiate conferences, manage negotiations, and execute sales strategies to transform event ticketing in the collegiate ecosystem.

Drive sales strategy and enterprise account acquisition for vivenu’s live entertainment ticketing platform. Target festival organizers, touring promoters, concert operators, and major event organizations; lead consultative discovery and ROI-focused product conversations; manage C-suite and operational stakeholders; build long-term partnerships; and monitor market and competitor trends.

Serve as the on-site People Partner for US and Germany-based Revenue and Customer Experience teams. Advise leaders on organizational design, performance management, talent programs, employee relations, and leadership enablement. Manage US employee lifecycle operations, employment compliance, payroll and benefits coordination through Rippling, and HR data integrity. Collaborate with global People and Talent Acquisition teams while supporting New York and Tampa hubs and traveling periodically to Germany.
