Serves as a strategic HR partner to European leadership, leading people strategy, organizational design, talent management, performance, change management, and leadership development. Oversees European HR operations including payroll, benefits, hiring, HR systems, workforce analytics, vendors, and compliance across multiple countries. Partners with global HR, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to align policies, support commercialization, mitigate risk, and scale the organization through its next growth phase.

Leads the Project Management and Operational Excellence function across pharmaceutical development programs and strategic initiatives. Establishes a fit-for-purpose PMO, governs portfolios, manages risks and resources, improves processes, supports regulatory milestones, and provides executive decision support. Leads and develops four project managers while driving cross-functional alignment, operational readiness, dashboards, governance, and delivery excellence.

Lead Immunic’s corporate communications function, developing integrated messaging, media relations, executive communications, digital and internal communications, issues management, and crisis preparedness. Advise senior leaders and translate complex clinical, scientific, regulatory, and business developments for external and internal audiences. Build communications infrastructure, agency relationships, budgets, and performance metrics while supporting major clinical, regulatory, corporate, and potential commercial milestones.
