Develop and maintain C# and .NET web applications, APIs, backend services, Blazor experiences, databases, and third-party integrations. Write tested, maintainable code; participate in reviews, debugging, performance improvements, and CI/CD practices. Own features through deployment and production support while collaborating with Product, QA, and stakeholders. Contribute to technical discussions, pair programming, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior developers. This is a UK-based remote role with occasional office attendance, international travel, and possible out-of-hours support.

Build and maintain polished, accessible customer-facing experiences using React, TypeScript, and Astro. Deliver full-stack features through Cloudflare Workers, APIs, integrations, and edge services. Write unit and component tests, verify AI-assisted code, improve performance and accessibility, and contribute to architecture, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring. Collaborate with Product, Design, Quality, and engineering stakeholders to turn customer and business insights into reliable product improvements.

Analyze business performance data and convert it into actionable insights, board decks, leadership reports, and all-hands presentations. Own recurring reporting, identify trends and risks, improve reporting processes, and partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to shape clear business narratives and support strategic decisions.
