Villeroy & Boch Benefits Overview

Executes centrally defined marketing strategies for the Italian Villeroy & Boch and Ideal Standard brands. Manages marketing budgets, coordinates channel plans with brand and portfolio managers, applies brand guidelines, segments customer points of sale, supports display management with sales teams, and analyzes channel performance and ROI. Requires fluent Italian and English, strong influencing and negotiation skills, project and budget management experience, and travel within Northern Italy.

Consolidates and analyzes financial data, supports monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting close processes. Develops financial models and rolling forecasts, investigates variances, monitors business performance, reconciles transactions, supports internal controls, and coordinates with external auditors. The role also conducts benchmarking, business studies, and process analysis while communicating financial insights to stakeholders.

Manage the local product portfolio, including market selection, product launches, lifecycle transitions, pricing, competitor analysis, regulatory compliance, localization of commercial materials, and product training. Serve as the strategic link between headquarters, local sales teams, authorities, distributors, and retail partners while maintaining global brand and design standards.
