Serve as a technical and impact subject-matter expert on customer calls, support diligence, train revenue teams, and improve materials based on field feedback. The role emphasizes rigorous storytelling grounded in forestry, scientific, social, and ecosystem evidence.

Manage North American terrestrial reforestation portfolio end-to-end: run partner relationships, ensure monitoring and data quality, triage field issues, travel for audits, and create and stabilize SOPs to standardize planting and survival monitoring across regions.
