Build and coach team leads, design compensation and org structure, own outbound GTM and account-based strategies, partner with Marketing/Operations/Revenue, advance AI and GTM engineering for automation and prospecting, and drive significant pipeline and strategic account motion.

Lead post-sale relationships and retention/expansion for veritree customers. Build and coach a 6-person CS team, own NRR and upsell targets, design segmentation and playbooks, run executive business reviews, and partner cross-functionally to scale systems, processes, and impact reporting.

Outbound-driven Account Executive responsible for generating pipeline, running full sales cycles ($20K-$100K ACV) from cold outreach to close, multi-threading across stakeholders, and collaborating cross-functionally to enable expansion and refine go-to-market motion.
