The Support Engineer will provide L2/L3 technical support to enterprise customers, focusing on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and customer engagement.

Lead multi-cloud FinOps governance across AWS and Azure: own cost visibility, forecasting, optimization, chargeback, vendor negotiations, and cost validation for onboarding, migrations, and production changes to improve margin and financial discipline.

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps and SRE engineers to ensure the reliability and scalability of cloud infrastructure, implementing SRE practices and managing CI/CD pipelines.
