Leads all HR functions for a manufacturing plant, including recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, training, performance management, compliance, engagement, HR operations, and team leadership. Requires manufacturing HR leadership experience, bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, employment-law knowledge, and strong coaching and conflict-resolution skills.

Designs transformers from specification review through production, including electrical and mechanical drawings, calculations, schematics, customer submittals, testing, and bills of materials. Provides technical support during manufacturing, resolves customer issues, assists with quotations and purchasing, inspects production, and coordinates design revisions and new product development activities.

Provides hands-on technical support for transformer manufacturing, resolving production issues and improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, throughput, and efficiency. Develops manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process controls; performs root-cause analysis and corrective actions; supports quality audits, new product introductions, process validation, and engineering change implementation. Uses manufacturing data, continuous improvement methods, and cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and sustain results.
