Prospects commercial fleet operators, transportation companies, and businesses; presents service solutions, proposals, pricing, and agreements; manages customer relationships; coordinates service needs with dispatchers, technicians, and management; tracks sales activity and revenue; and meets sales goals. The role requires frequent regional travel, strong sales and communication skills, commercial fleet knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Manages outside sales for commercial truck parts and services by visiting existing customers, prospecting new accounts, coordinating orders and service sales, securing pricing approvals, monitoring deliveries, maintaining customer records, submitting reports, and representing the dealership professionally.

Provides administrative and customer support at a commercial truck dealership. Responsibilities include greeting customers, directing calls and visitors, preparing documents, assisting service customers, processing and coding parts and freight invoices, reconciling inventory and vendor discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with parts, warehouse, accounting, and accounts payable teams.
