Dental insurance

Valtech offers two options for national coverage though The Standard. Both plans provide 100% preventative care (includes oral exams, cleanings, x-rays, and fluoride treatment).

Disability insurance

We offer employer-paid Short-term Disability & Long-term Disability plans.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Valtech employees can make pre-tax contributions to a variety of Flexible Spending Accounts, including Medical FSA, Limited Purpose FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and Commuter Accounts.

Health insurance

Valtech offers three plans through BCBS. The HDHP has an HSA with an employer contribution up to $1,500 per year. Our self-funded plan enables a broad range of coverage for medical expenses.

Life insurance

We offer no-cost basic life and AD&D insurance policies for all employees equal to one year of salary.

Pet insurance

Valtech partners with Nationwide to offer an exclusive, bundled plan at a discounted rate.

Vision insurance

National vision coverage through The Standard (VSP) provides 100% coverage for annual eye exams after a $10 copay, lenses covered after a $25 copay and frames and contact lenses are covered up to $150
