Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, run onboarding meetings, configure Uplinq and QuickBooks Online, clean and prepare client data, manage timelines and deliverables, troubleshoot integrations, recommend scope/pricing adjustments, and transition accounts to ongoing bookkeeping support.

Manage month-to-month bookkeeping for a portfolio of small-business clients using QuickBooks Online and internal systems. Maintain ledgers, reconciliations, AP/AR/payroll entries, journal entries, and prepare monthly financial reports. Flag issues, upload supporting documentation, and keep client records and SOPs current while collaborating with clients and team members to support timely month-end close.

Lead month-end close and financial reporting for complex small-business clients using QuickBooks Online and proprietary systems. Prepare advanced journal entries, manage job costing, inventory, class/location reporting, troubleshoot integrations, build SOPs and workflows, mentor and review junior staff, and lead client relationships and escalations.
