Teach Business Ethics, Professional Ethics, and other philosophy courses in a 4/4 load; collaborate with the Wilson College of Business on ethics initiatives; mentor students, serve on committees, and provide campus and community programming. The role requires a doctorate in Philosophy and effective teaching experience in Applied Ethics, Ethics for Professional Life, and Philosophy of Law. Online and face-to-face teaching experience and expertise across multiple applied ethics subfields are preferred.

Plans and executes fundraising activities for the College of Education and University Advancement. Builds relationships with alumni, donors, businesses, faculty, and staff; solicits funding; coordinates donor programs, events, recognition, and stewardship initiatives; supports external relations and resource development; and represents the college and foundation professionally. Frequent overnight travel is required. Hiring level ranges from Assistant Director to Senior Director based on experience and performance objectives.

Provide ticket taking and selling at UNI events: scan tickets, usher patrons to seats, sell tickets and programs, process credit card transactions, and work nights/weekends as scheduled.
