Professional Services
Provides administrative support to nursing school associate deans by managing calendars, communications, meetings, committees, events, faculty appointments, onboarding, partnerships, records, purchasing, reimbursements, and fiscal transactions. Coordinates outreach, professional development, and inclusive excellence initiatives while handling confidential information and maintaining relationships with faculty, staff, students, clinical affiliates, and community partners.
Professional Services
Coordinates clinical clerkship and elective administration for medical students across multiple specialties and northern Nevada settings. Maintains confidential student records, compiles grades and evaluation reports, monitors assignments, assesses rotation capacity, supports faculty and directors, liaises with students, residents, and providers, facilitates orientations, participates in administrative meetings, and proctors NBME Shelf examinations.
Professional Services
Provides biostatistical expertise for clinical, translational, and medical education research. Responsibilities include study design, statistical analysis, modeling, protocol and analysis plan development, manuscript and grant support, teaching biostatistics, mentoring medical learners and faculty, contributing to scholarly publications and funded research, and supporting research governance and infrastructure.
