University of Massachusetts Global Benefits Overview

Serve as liaison between the University and school districts to place credential candidates, assign and train clinical supervisors, conduct orientations, monitor evaluations, develop remediation plans for struggling candidates, and maintain district agreements and databases.

Provide administrative and program support for academic programs: coordinate activities, support faculty/staff and students, perform data entry and basic reporting, assist with placements/accreditation-related tasks, and support stakeholder communications and events.

Provide technical, administrative, and accessibility support for online courses and LMS users. Troubleshoot LMS and integrated tools, perform accessibility and UX audits, build and update course content, create captions/transcripts, deliver trainings, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure course readiness and WCAG 2.2 compliance.
