Completes training under Store and District Manager supervision to learn store management, daily operations, team supervision, customer service, policy compliance, coaching, and staff development before transitioning into a Store Manager role.

Works at an assigned store location to provide customer-focused and profitable operations. Responsibilities include cash handling, cleaning and maintaining lighting and fixtures, protecting inventory and currency, preventing theft and shrinkage, operating cash registers and computer equipment, stocking inventory, and following company policies. Requires flexible availability for weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays, along with the ability to stand, walk, lift, and work independently.
