The Human Resources Consultant manages daily HR operations, payroll, benefits, compliance audits, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HR projects. The role uses ADP, Navia, and Greenhouse to support payroll, benefits, reporting, hiring, and employee processes. This is a 90-day, full-time W2 contract requiring three days per week in the Omaha office and authorization to work without sponsorship.

As a Mortgage Processor, you will manage the loan process, ensuring compliance, reviewing documentation, and delivering a great customer experience. Responsibilities include managing a pipeline, collaborating with teams, and meeting funding goals.

Drive loan production by converting introductions into high-volume wholesale/correspondent partnerships. Build and expand relationships with brokers, correspondent lenders, and credit unions, position mortgage and equity-sharing products, manage pipeline and sales activity, and provide market feedback to internal teams to improve partner experience.
