Build reporting and analytics, identify trends and emerging risks, evaluate data sources, improve credit decisioning, and present actionable insights. Collaborate with sales, data science, product, technology, engineering, and operations teams to support new propositions and customer segments.

Processes KYC and enhanced due diligence cases for business customers and owners, including UBO identification and sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening. Maintains case documentation, escalates complex issues, identifies onboarding bottlenecks, and recommends workflow or automation improvements. The role requires collaboration with Product, Operations, and Risk teams, customer-focused communication, independent work, and shift availability covering U.S. hours every other week.

Own and grow a portfolio of e-commerce referral and broker partnerships. Source and close new partners, negotiate agreements and co-selling terms, onboard relationships, manage performance reviews, track KPIs, forecast pipeline, analyze ROI, and optimize incentives. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to establish scalable partner workflows, improve lead routing, and drive partner-sourced revenue.
