Own the partner channel end to end, including recruiting brokers and affiliates, activating partners, managing top accounts, running lifecycle programs, tracking deal outcomes, administering commissions, and forecasting revenue. The role requires hands-on prospecting, campaign execution, partner relationship management, reporting, and accountability for applications, approvals, funded deals, and originations.

Develop credit risk strategies that balance customer growth with portfolio risk. Build reporting and analytics, identify trends and emerging risks, evaluate data sources, improve credit decisioning, and present actionable insights. Collaborate with sales, data science, product, technology, engineering, and operations teams to support new propositions and customer segments.

Processes KYC and enhanced due diligence cases for business customers and owners, including UBO identification and sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening. Maintains case documentation, escalates complex issues, identifies onboarding bottlenecks, and recommends workflow or automation improvements. The role requires collaboration with Product, Operations, and Risk teams, customer-focused communication, independent work, and shift availability covering U.S. hours every other week.
