Lead global pharmacovigilance operations for clinical-stage programs, ensuring safety data quality, regulatory compliance, vendor/CRO management, aggregate reporting, signal detection, inspection readiness, and cross-functional collaboration. Build and optimize scalable PV processes and potentially grow an internal PV team.

Lead securities and corporate governance counsel driving IPO readiness, SEC reporting, disclosure controls, and public company compliance. Advise CLO, CEO, CFO, Board and executives; prepare S-1 and other registration and disclosure filings; manage disclosure committee, governance documents, insider trading programs, and public financings; coordinate with external counsel, auditors, bankers, and investors.

Provide QA oversight for site start-up and routine cGMP operations, review and approve GMP documentation (MBRs, SOPs, specifications), support investigations, CAPAs, change controls, perform on‑the‑floor quality oversight, develop quality KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
