Own production services, improve resiliency, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and operate autonomous satellite operations software with strong observability, testing, and CI/CD practices.

Lead design, analysis, build, and test of spacecraft mechanisms and pointing systems. Own architecture, component selection, motorization and pointing budgets, ICDs, qualification campaigns, and verification testing. Mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot hardware issues, and support launch/test activities to ensure flight-proven, manufacturable designs.

Manage end-to-end proposal development for government and commercial solicitations: coordinate schedules, ensure compliance with solicitations and federal acquisition rules, collect and review content with cross-functional teams, maintain proposal repositories, track metrics, support post-submission activities, and improve proposal processes and tools to scale with company growth.
