Twin Disc Benefits Overview

Develops and improves manufacturing processes, tooling, documentation, and production standards. Supports machining, assembly, testing, and new product introduction activities while leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives. Performs root cause analysis, implements corrective actions, evaluates automation and capital equipment, monitors manufacturing metrics, and collaborates with engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and production teams to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost.

Leads the manufacturing engineering team and drives process optimization, lean and Six Sigma initiatives, automation, capital projects, and continuous improvement. Oversees manufacturing methods, tooling, equipment, new product introduction, production readiness, quality, safety, and compliance. Partners cross-functionally to improve throughput, productivity, cost, delivery, and operational performance while developing engineering talent and advancing smart manufacturing capabilities.

Leads daily machining and assembly production, including scheduling, staffing, workflow, safety, quality, and operational performance. Supervises and develops 15–30 employees, supports hiring and performance management, and drives Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma improvements. Tracks KPIs, analyzes production data, maintains records, collaborates with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and ensures OSHA and environmental compliance in a manufacturing facility.
