Responsibilities include virtual network topology, routing, segmentation, private connectivity, DNS, firewall policies, network security groups, Terraform-based infrastructure as code, administrative access paths, authorization evidence, and diagnosing routing, DNS, firewall, and ingestion failures. Requires Azure Government or sovereign-cloud experience and an active Top Secret clearance with polygraph.

Designs, builds, tests, deploys, and maintains secure ETL/ELT pipelines for public health data. Integrates Power Platform, Azure services, APIs, SQL Server, CDC/NIOSH systems, and approved file-transfer platforms. Develops batch, event-driven, and near-real-time data workflows supporting intake, validation, reporting, analytics, notifications, and results delivery while meeting FISMA Moderate, federal privacy, Agile, and DevSecOps requirements.

Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions for CDC mission programs. Responsibilities include designing solution architectures and data models, building Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, configuring Dataverse, modernizing legacy applications, integrating APIs and Azure services, reviewing technical solutions, supporting Agile delivery and testing, troubleshooting defects, documenting deployments, and maintaining production systems. The role also ensures federal security, privacy, governance, and Section 508 accessibility compliance.
