The role focuses on collecting payments, improving retention and prolongation rates, meeting follow-up and SLA targets, identifying at-risk students, documenting interactions in the CRM, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and student experience.

Manage recurring student payments, resolve payment concerns, handle objections, and support enrollment retention. Conduct proactive outreach to students who are due or late on payments, meet collection and retention KPIs, manage follow-ups and SLAs, document interactions in the CRM, identify at-risk students, and collaborate across teams to improve processes and student outcomes. The role is fully remote and requires English and Spanish proficiency.

Collect recurring student payments, resolve payment concerns, handle objections, and prevent enrollment dropouts through proactive outreach. The role owns collection, save, and prolongation KPIs; manages follow-ups and CRM records; identifies at-risk students; and collaborates cross-functionally to improve retention and student experience. Strong English and Spanish communication, empathy, negotiation, and CRM discipline are essential. The position is fully remote with weekday coverage during Mexico business hours.
