Tria Federal Benefits Overview

Manage full-cycle recruiting for Public Safety federal contracts: source cleared technical candidates, build talent pipelines, conduct intake meetings, support proposal staffing, track metrics, ensure OFCCP/EEO compliance, and improve recruiting processes.

Performs data analysis responsibilities supporting Tria Federal’s federal clients, with the specific duties and qualifications to be determined upon contract award. The position contributes to digital services and technology solutions supporting veterans, service members, civilians, and government missions.

Designs and improves machine learning solutions for DIA data initiatives. Responsibilities include assessing dataset quality, metadata, lineage, labeling, and ML readiness; building and evaluating models; defining metrics and conducting error analysis; addressing bias and drift; developing reproducible workflows; and using AWS SageMaker for experimentation, training, pipelines, registries, and deployment. The role also provides recommendations on data architecture, modeling approaches, processing methods, implementation plans, risks, and operational tradeoffs.
