Trend Health Partners Benefits Overview

Analyzes and recovers healthcare claim overpayments by validating claims, reviewing disputes, researching payer policies, and coordinating adjustments, refunds, and offsets with providers. The role interprets medical, pharmacy, provider, and enrollment data to identify recovery trends and opportunities, supports algorithm development and production documentation, monitors performance, and collaborates with payers, providers, management, and team members.

Support payer-facing revenue integrity projects by preparing and delivering client invoice packages, processing receivables and payer inventory, maintaining bank files, submitting AP requests, performing QA on overpayments, updating process documentation, and assisting Client Success and Operations.

The Claims Analyst I will identify and analyze claim overpayments for health insurance clients, ensuring accurate processing and recovery while collaborating with team members and management to innovate solutions.
