Along with competitive compensation, 401k matching, full medical benefits, flexible working opportunities and unlimited PTO, Treble offers its team professional career development opportunities supplemented by bi-weekly PR 101 sessions. Every other Friday, a team member presents on a PR industry topic to encourage ongoing learning within the agency. Other professional development opportunities are available to team members at any point during their careers. Treble crowdsources ideas from every level of the team to develop training programs and attend conferences that support continued education. Treble also takes mental and physical health seriously and offers a monthly health and wellness stipend that team members can use to ensure they’re feeling their best. A quarterly technology stipend also helps the team work more efficiently in their at-home offices. Although the Treble team enjoys flexible, unlimited PTO, Treble additionally closes its offices two weeks out of the year for both the week of July 4 and from Christmas to New Year's Day. The team also travels twice a year for company retreats. In the past, team members have all come together in Austin and, more recently, Napa Valley.
