Supports global People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave, offboarding, HR documentation, HRIS administration, payroll and benefits data, employee inquiries, and compliance records. Maintains accurate employee data and workflows, supports People & Culture activities in Poland, and identifies opportunities to simplify or automate processes. Works collaboratively with managers, HR partners, IT, Finance, and external providers.

Analyze large datasets, produce client reports, monitor image-recognition and dataset quality, and maintain product and image databases. Coordinate client projects and serve as a subject-matter expert connecting project requirements with back-office capabilities. The role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication in English and Spanish, project organization, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. SQL experience is preferred, while Python is a nice-to-have.

Develop and deploy deep learning, computer vision, Vision-Language Model, and generative AI solutions for retail imagery. Build AR and spatial computing features using 2D/3D geometry, optimize models for edge devices, benchmark performance, and scale robust algorithms into production across global deployments.
