Own the conversion rate optimization and experimentation program end to end, including hypothesis development, test design, execution, statistical analysis, recommendations, and rollout. Improve eCVR, attach rate, and margin while establishing guardrails and decision rules. Build experimentation infrastructure, automate reporting workflows, manage concurrent tests, connect quantitative and qualitative insights, and coach teams on data literacy and experimentation practices.

Own month-end and year-end close, general ledger oversight, reconciliations, consolidation, management reporting, statutory accounts, audits, intercompany accounting, internal controls, tax compliance, and finance process improvements. The Financial Controller will support local entities within an international organization, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient accounting operations.

Provides first- and second-line IT support for Amsterdam operations, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues. Maintains PCs, laptops, mobile devices, software, meeting-room technology, and system standards. Supports VPN, Active Directory, Google Workspace, networking, and security practices. The role also owns approved improvement projects, manages suppliers, produces reports, maintains documentation, and coaches colleagues across Amsterdam and Bangalore.
