Act as a strategic HR consultant to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Lead talent strategy, workforce planning, DEI, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, HR metrics analysis, and cross-functional HR program delivery. Support organizational change, system implementations, and leadership development to drive engagement and performance.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and eight-member ELT: manage calendars, coordinate Board and ELT meetings, arrange domestic and international travel, process expenses and vendor relationships, handle confidential information, take meeting notes and follow up on action items, and support ad hoc projects to keep organizational operations running smoothly.
