Provide administrative HR support including maintaining electronic personnel files, managing onboarding and I-9/eVerify processing, scheduling and facilitating new-hire orientations, monitoring HR inbox, ordering supplies and new-hire swag, assisting internal audits, backing up receptionist duties, and supporting HR events and programs.

Provide budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial performance support for multiple government program labs. Collaborate with lab managers and government leads to establish budgets, track labor hours, prepare executive reports, estimate future needs, and recommend corrective actions to ensure programs meet scope and budget.

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and quality standards are met while maintaining client relationships and managing project teams.
