Implement and configure Workday Recruiting solutions for clients, including requirements gathering, design, prototyping, testing, offer letters, requisitions, and application processes. Consultants collaborate with customers, deliver solutions of increasing complexity, manage multiple initiatives, and support internal learning. Manager-level candidates may lead consultants, while senior and principal-level candidates may assist with sales materials and project scoping. Travel up to 25% is required.

Workday HCM Consultant I will work directly with clients to design, configure, test, implement, and optimize Workday solutions. The role includes defining HR processes, resolving Workday issues, managing multiple initiatives, participating in internal learning, completing Workday HCM training, and earning certification. Occasional travel to the United States may be required. Training is conducted in-office in Monterrey from October through November 2026, followed by a hybrid schedule.

Lead net-new sales for Workday professional services across the South region. Responsibilities include building pipeline, partnering with Workday’s sales organization, managing sales cycles and forecasts, negotiating statements of work, developing service estimates, achieving quota, supporting marketing activities, and managing customer and internal relationships. Travel up to 50% is required.
