Data Scientist responsible for deploying AI-driven financial crime detection solutions, designing customer-specific technical implementations, leading data science and engineering work, performing feature engineering and anomaly investigations on large datasets, and extracting actionable insights. The role includes customer and partner collaboration, product input, system training, and domestic and international travel. Requires financial services analytics experience, Python/PySpark, and workflow tools such as MLflow and Airflow.

Resolve Tier 1 technical escalations, communicate with global customers, and support onboarding, implementation, production incidents, and deployments. Maintain product expertise, document solutions, participate in global on-call rotation, and meet internal and external KPIs and SLAs. The role requires Linux systems administration, networking, Kubernetes administration, troubleshooting, AI-driven support workflow knowledge, database familiarity, and version-control experience.

Deploy and support ThetaRay's AML and financial-crime solutions: investigate transaction-monitoring and screening alerts, prioritize and summarize cases, present findings, train customer analysts, connect data risks to regulatory requirements, and gather feedback to improve detection and CRA workflows.
