Provide front-of-house visitor support at The Marine Mammal Center: greet visitors, verify tickets, lead tours/docent programs, mentor volunteers, maintain a safe welcoming environment, support visitor experience evaluation, and perform occasional special projects. Weekend onsite work (one 8-hour Saturday shift) is required.

Support the Hawaiian monk seal sighting hotline by answering calls, triaging responses, documenting sightings, and coordinating volunteers. Assist with outreach events, education programs, social science data collection, and a capstone community engagement project. Perform data entry, update photo servers/databases, and represent the Center professionally at events.
