Responsibilities include literature reviews, qualitative interviews, transcript management, grounded theory coding, memo writing, thematic analysis, IRB documentation, data security, stakeholder presentations, and dissemination through reports, presentations, and manuscripts. The role is part-time, collaborative, and requires adherence to human-subjects research standards.

Leads pre-award sponsored research administration, including complex proposal development, detailed budgeting, sponsor submissions, award review and negotiation, subaward coordination, and project initiation. Supports faculty and research hub leadership, ensures compliance with sponsor and institutional requirements, maintains research administration resources, provides training, and manages competing deadlines with minimal supervision.
