Maintains medical records, communicates with families and healthcare professionals, makes mandated abuse or neglect referrals, supports wellness and safety initiatives, and assists with personal care, mobility, classroom, bus, and school activities.
Provides clinical leadership for school-wide behavior programming, overseeing PBSPs, ABA plans, assessments, data systems, compliance, and documentation. Supervises RBTs and BCBA candidates, trains staff on behavioral assessment and crisis prevention, and collaborates with students, families, educators, therapists, and administrators to develop individualized supports for children with developmental disabilities.
Designs, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates employee training and professional development across the organization. Leads new employee orientation, coordinates annual back-to-school development, facilitates Safety-Care training, assesses training needs, develops instructional materials, and delivers engaging adult learning experiences. Partners with school, clinical, HR, and organizational leaders to improve employee knowledge, skills, and performance.
Provides comprehensive nursing care to students, including health assessments, screenings, acute and chronic condition management, individualized healthcare plans, emergency protocols, referrals, and follow-up. Educates students, families, and staff on health promotion, disease prevention, and safety. Maintains confidential health records, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with educators, families, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student well-being.
