The Cove School Benefits Overview

The Office Manager supports daily school operations and Human Resources by managing front-office services, payroll timekeeping, attendance reporting, employee records, onboarding, benefits coordination, contracts, invoices, and receivables. The role also supervises front-office staff, maintains confidential personnel files, supports projects, and ensures accurate HR and payroll information. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring strong organization, communication, customer service, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Provide one-to-one medical and instructional support to a student across school settings. Implement IEP-directed interventions, assist with medical equipment and conditions, collect progress data, supervise during classes/recess/lunch, support behavior and sensory regulation, and collaborate with teachers and therapists to foster an inclusive, safe learning environment.
