Supervise daily payment operations across ACH, wires, checks, image exchange, instant payments, Zelle, ATM deposits, and exceptions. Lead staff scheduling, coaching, quality reviews, and performance management. Ensure regulatory compliance, payment controls, fraud prevention, reconciliations, and risk escalation. Monitor workflows, service levels, volumes, and operational metrics; support audits, testing, implementations, business continuity, and process improvements. Partner with banking, treasury, compliance, technology, and financial-crimes teams while resolving client and operational issues.

Processes routine ACH, wire, instant payment, Zelle, ATM deposit, and dispute transactions. Reviews transaction accuracy and compliance, monitors queues, supports reconciliation and reporting, assists frontline staff, follows procedures, and applies fraud and security controls. The role also includes training, system testing, process improvement, and escalation of complex issues under close supervision.

Coordinates the bank-wide third-party risk management program, including vendor onboarding, periodic reviews, risk documentation, SOC/SSAE reporting, contract tracking, approval packages, action-item monitoring, and executive reporting. Serves as a liaison among risk officers, subject matter experts, relationship owners, legal, vendors, and business lines. Supports audits, examinations, risk assessments, governance reporting, and special projects while maintaining third-party and contract management systems.
