Provides administrative and operational HR support across recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, compliance, payroll coordination, employee relations documentation, engagement initiatives, and HR reporting. Maintains confidential and accurate personnel records, supports audits and policy updates, responds to routine employee inquiries, coordinates with vendors and Payroll, and assists with HR projects and process improvements.

Oversee office administrators, schedules, customer service, reservations, pre-orders, payments, shipping and pickup orders. Coordinate with Disney managers, warehouse, operations, accounting, and partnership teams. Maintain office supplies, resolve customer and operational issues, support inventory management, and ensure efficient office operations. The role requires a flexible schedule of 45 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends.

Decorates, assembles, finishes, and quality-checks cakes according to brand standards. Prepares frostings, fillings, and decorative components; uses piping, smoothing, texturing, and embellishing techniques. Supports bakery production, follows food safety and sanitation procedures, labels and stores products using FIFO standards, maintains equipment and work areas, and collaborates with the pastry team to meet production timelines.

Supports cake decorators by stacking and assembling cakes, preparing frostings and fillings, and assisting with piping, detailing, and garnishing. Maintains safe storage, sanitation, cleanliness, and organization while following food safety procedures. Requires attention to detail, teamwork, communication, multitasking, time management, and the ability to operate kitchen and decorating equipment. Evening and weekend availability is required.
