Lead and coordinate video game QA testing efforts under project supervision. Ensure testers follow client requirements, QA processes, and best practices; assist with test design, test case creation, staffing, mentoring, evaluations, reporting, and time tracking. Communicate testing risks and progress to stakeholders, support client meetings, and enforce company policies and security procedures.

Performs localization quality assurance for video games by identifying translation, spelling, grammar, tone, audio, cultural, and text issues. Creates reports in Excel and Jira, recommends quality improvements, and collaborates with international teams under time pressure. Requires native or C2 Spanish, C1 English, strong language skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, communication abilities, and teamwork. Gaming, translation, game testing, and platform experience are advantageous.
