Manage project revenue processes including timely client invoicing, reconciling purchase orders and rechargeable costs, maintaining WIP and sales ledger, investigating variances, reporting project profitability, managing debtors and cash receipts, supporting audits, and closing project accounts.

Provide in-house legal support across commercial, data protection and corporate matters for Teneo’s Middle East operations. Draft, negotiate and update contracts, advise internal stakeholders, monitor regional regulatory change, support entity incorporations and company secretarial tasks, and collaborate with the global legal team to align policies and processes.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives: manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare materials, handle confidential communications, reconcile expenses, support project and proposal work, and build relationships across clients and internal teams while anticipating needs and working beyond typical hours when required.
