Designs, configures, develops, and implements ServiceNow solutions, primarily across Customer Service Management and Field Service Management. Responsibilities include scripting, workflow development, system integrations, requirements gathering, client workshops, platform upgrades, testing, audits, and user support. The consultant will also contribute to other ServiceNow modules and ensure adherence to platform best practices and coding standards.

Develop and deploy AI solutions for public- and private-sector clients while supporting AI governance, data protection, fairness, and transparency. Apply machine learning across NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, reinforcement learning, and forecasting. Build end-to-end AI systems using modern cloud, MLOps, software engineering, and infrastructure tools. Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and partners, continuously expand technical expertise, and contribute to transformative digital initiatives.

Supports client project teams with regression testing, UAT, and other quality assurance activities. Assists with documenting requirements, scope, risks, and issues; coordinates meetings and follow-ups; communicates with stakeholders; and monitors compliance with project standards and deliverables. The intern should demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, communication, self-motivation, curiosity about business and technology, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
