Hands-on HR Manager responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, engagement, compliance, and HR projects. The role partners with the People & Talent Partner and senior leadership, manages HR records and systems, supports UK employment law compliance, conducts interviews, and drives improvements across the employee experience.

Lead medium- to large-scale data centre migration and professional services projects from initiation through delivery. Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, governance, risks, changes, and issues while maintaining project momentum. Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams, build stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with sales and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Lead and develop the project management team, establish standardized playbooks and workflows, drive continuous process improvement, and oversee key customer projects. Ensure delivery meets cost, schedule, scope, quality, and security requirements while maintaining strong client relationships. Provide project pipeline, utilization, and client reporting, support business decisions, and strengthen communication across the organization.
