Manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, costs, risks, contracts, change orders, permitting, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Serve as the owner’s representative, provide executive updates, ensure safety and delivery objectives, improve project efficiency, and mentor junior project managers.

Lead electric utility transmission and substation capital projects from scope development through energization and closeout. Manage engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, contractors, consultants, and stakeholder communications. Review deliverables, change orders, contracts, and performance while ensuring safety, utility compliance, schedule, and cost objectives. Mentor junior project managers and support continuous improvement.

Lead planning, engineering, construction, and commissioning of high-voltage transmission and substation projects ($500K–$25M) across California. Manage full project lifecycle, schedules, budgets, contractors, permitting, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and mentor junior PMs to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget projects per utility standards.
