Serves as a bilingual English/Spanish contact for employees and managers, maintains confidential records, coordinates screenings and E-Verify, and supports policy, benefits, and employment-law compliance in office and food manufacturing environments.

Leads cold-storage receiving operations in a food manufacturing facility. Oversees inbound refrigerated and frozen materials, inspections, documentation, inventory transactions, lot traceability, FIFO/FEFO rotation, and cold-chain compliance. Coordinates staffing, supports production schedules, resolves discrepancies, and develops receiving associates while enforcing food safety, GMP, HACCP, SQF, inventory, and workplace safety standards.
