Lead AI DevOps practices for AI-enabled systems, troubleshoot distributed systems, and partner with engineering, security, and compliance teams to improve reliability, scalability, security, and developer velocity.

Owns the architecture, automation, security, reliability, and operation of AWS cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, backup and disaster recovery, data architecture, observability, security guardrails, workflow automation, distributed-systems troubleshooting, and AI DevOps practices. The role partners with engineering, security, and compliance teams to improve platform reliability, developer velocity, and responsible operation of AI-enabled systems.

Lead end-to-end enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through handoff, managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, communications, and technical integrations. Translate customer objectives into implementation strategies involving CSV, API, SDK, migration, validation, and filing readiness. Coordinate Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams; improve implementation processes; coach peers; and use AI to increase delivery efficiency. Requires English and Mandarin proficiency, technical fluency, and Singapore work authorization.
