The role requires credentialing or enrollment experience, medical practice business office experience, strong attention to detail, confidentiality, independent work, and effective communication.

Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies and journeys to recruit providers, drive patient signups and sessions, and activate partners. Own campaign setup, testing, analytics, and reporting. Build and QA dynamic email/SMS templates with templating logic and HTML/CSS. Partner with Product and Engineering to define event tracking, APIs, and webhook integrations.
