Leads Tangoe’s managed mobility product line, owning strategy, roadmap, growth, pricing, partnerships, customer adoption, and global execution. Manages Product Managers and Product Owners while partnering with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success. The role covers mobile expense management, device and line lifecycle operations, UEM/MDM integrations, mobile security, logistics, and enterprise go-to-market. Success requires scaling software products, driving revenue and retention, supporting strategic customers, and using AI and Agile practices to accelerate delivery.

Receives, stores, kits, assembles, inventories, invoices, and ships products while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting fulfillment SLAs. Communicates with departments, carriers, vendors, and customers; manages ticket queues and account transactions; follows logistics procedures; resolves issues; and supports process improvements. This fully onsite warehouse-office role requires reliable attendance, task focus, accuracy, teamwork, customer service, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
