With a cloud production platform designed to elevate storytelling, it tracks that Tagboard’s inclusive culture begins with fostering deep connections companywide. “There is so much intentionality in building a strong culture, and it shows in everything we do,” said Sky Muller. Internally, the team holds TagTalks, which provide a safe space for knowledge-sharing on topics they find meaningful. “TagTalks teach us a lesson while also giving us a deeper glimpse into those we work with everyday — it connects us,” said Haylee Colon, who spoke about autism spectrum disorder and her son for Neurodiversity Month. “To have leadership and my peers fully engaged in learning about my journey will stay with me forever.”
