Build and own Databricks-based data pipelines, lakehouse models, and PostgreSQL serving layers for an AI-powered healthcare interview platform. Responsibilities include batch and incremental processing, data quality, observability, governance, privacy controls, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and productionizing analytical work. The role requires Python, SQL, Databricks, PostgreSQL, Azure, and analytics data modeling expertise, with collaboration across engineering, data science, and product teams.

Build and maintain Derin, an AI-powered interview platform, across frontend and backend systems. Develop React and Next.js dashboards and survey applications, TypeScript and Python APIs, database features, data visualizations, access controls, and performance improvements. Own testing, observability, releases, security, and privacy for sensitive participant data. Collaborate with product, design, research, and engineering teams while using AI-assisted development tools to deliver features end to end.

Build and scale Surgo’s Python-based AI interview engine, including survey execution, LLM interviewer behavior, APIs, data models, integrations, and Azure infrastructure. Own PostgreSQL migrations, reliability, observability, testing, CI/CD, security, privacy, and compliance for sensitive participant data. Collaborate with product, research, frontend, and data teams while delivering features independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
