Unlimited PTO: Employees are trusted to manage their own time and encouraged to take time away to recharge. The operations team reviews PTO requests periodically to make sure all employees take at least 3 weeks off per year, at least 1 of which is highly encouraged to be a full consecutive week to unplug from work.
Parental Leave: We are excited to support growing families in our company! Pregnancy leave includes 12 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents, and parental leave includes 6 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents. Plus, we have very flexible work arrangements that helps support parents in caring for their families.
