Unlimited PTO: Employees are trusted to manage their own time and encouraged to take time away to recharge. The operations team reviews PTO requests periodically to make sure all employees take at least 3 weeks off per year, at least 1 of which is highly encouraged to be a full consecutive week to unplug from work. Parental Leave: We are excited to support growing families in our company! Pregnancy leave includes 12 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents, and parental leave includes 6 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents. Plus, we have very flexible work arrangements that helps support parents in caring for their families. Excellent Benefits: Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance options with fantastic coverage at low premiums. Our Employee Assistance Program offers free counseling visits for employees. We also have life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance options. Weekly Company Lunches: Every Friday, we cater lunch from a different place. Employees are encouraged to grab a plate and mingle with coworkers before our weekly company meeting. We always accommodate food allergies and aversions. Monthly Company Events: We have fun company-sponsored events every month. Some memorable ones have been bowling, plant potting, and bingo. All events are free to employees and plus-ones. Networking Happy Hours: We host happy hours where employees can network with others in our area. These are not used to sell anything.
